Payment Policy

Payment and cancellation policy
Individual Travelers 10 persons or less

10 % of total bill must be paid by bank transfer upon reservation confirmation as a Reservation Guarantee + the 5 % Bank commission, Sakura Travel will not charge this amount unless there is a cancellation or the client does not show up.

Except peak period from 22/12 till 07/01 & Eastern holidays must be revised with your tour operator upon confirmation of your reservation by correspondence.

The invoice payment will be 90 % in Cash In USD$, GBP or Euro upon arrival to Egypt the official document will be provide it to clients upon arrival.

Groups 15 persons or more: 
25 % must be paid on confirmation by bank transfer.
25 % 21 days prior to the arrival date.
50 % the rest of amount will be paid upon arrival in cash only in USD$, GBP Or Euro.

 

Money transfer information: 
Bank Money transfer: (bank transfer must be done at least 3 weeks before arrival date)
Money to be sent to the following bank account with the bank charges from your end paid in full.

Important note: Please send to Sakura Travel a copy of the transferred money receipt by fax to Number: – (+ 202-527 2270.) This will enable our staff to follow-up with the bank. The bank transfer fees should be paid by your side.
Cancellation policy:
Individual Travelers
20 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
19 days before arrival date 10% of total bill will be charged as cancellation.

Groups
30 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
29 days before arrival date 25% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
15 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
100 % will be charged as a cancellation fees in case of no show.

Cancellation policy for train tickets:
48 hours prior to train departure no cancellation fee.
Less than 48 hours prior to departure a no refund policy applies.
All Confirmation and Cancellation MUST BE IN WRITIN
